LEGAL AID AND PRIVATE RETAINERS

I accept clients with Legal Aid Certificates and on private retainers.
 

For those who don't have a Legal Aid Certificate, my hourly rate is $400.00+HST. I also provide flat fee services for drafting court material. The retainer amount depends on the issues involved and stage of the proceeding. This is discussed during the initial consultation.
